I was impressed from the start I called and the representative was so kind and very helpful. She directed us to the location and met with Joseph G who attended to us. He was very patient to us as we asked lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable on the job that he’s doing. He explained every details on the contract. He’s so nice and very respectful and very professional. He has an excellent customer service. I will give him a 5 stars for overall ratings that he had done to us. He is an asset to the company. I truly love this storage unit, very close to 710 fwy like 5 min drive, the staff if the best been a client for over 1 year, the manager Joseph is always there to help. Great human

I attended a showing at the storage unit. The facility was easy to access and the unit was available upon arrival. The unit appeared clean with no visible damage to the walls, floor or door. The surrounding area was orderly and security features such as gated entry and cameras were observed. Overall the showing was at its highest professional Thank you Joseph!
