Extra Space Storage

The space is really nice and well-maintained! Climate control and the elevators and loading dock is so nice. The employees are friendly, but the new ownership got rid of some of the nice perks like nonprofit discounts, and bottled water and treats in the office. Not a huge deal, but it feels less friendly and local now, and more corporate.

Have nothing but amazing things to say about Extra Space storage in Parker. We’ve loved working with Brian since we started storing our things. He’s been attentive, friendly, and helpful. The facility is secure and clean which is so appreciated! Highly recommend!

This is the first time we’ve used a storage facility and these guys have done a great job. The facility is always clean, well maintained and security cameras everywhere. Their customer service is also very good. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One thing to be aware of - their pricing structure is such that as their occupancy rate goes up, so will your monthly rent. That may be the way all storage facilities operate and if so, I’d highly recommend these guys.
