Ty at Extra Space Storage was absolutely fantastic. He walked me through the entire signup process over the phone, answered every question, and found me a great unit at an amazing price. The whole experience was honestly way better than I expected. Highly Recommended!

I was prepared for a less than pleasant experience but “Ty G”, the manager could not have made it any better. Professional, polite, friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. Once I figured my smartphone’s VPN was blocking the App from being set up, everything went super smoothly.

I moved my U-Haul storage pods into an designated area within the Extra Storage Space facility in Parker Colorado, a few months ago. Ty the manager there, was extremely helpful at coordinating the entire storage pod drop-off. Ty made the whole experience efficient and easy for me to unload my belongings as well as getting acquainted with the facility layout and my new storage unit. Incredible customer service! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reasonably priced units!
