Extra Space Storage

Very clean open spaces. Cassandra was just bringing some other customers back to the office and greeted me nicely. When it was my turn she listened carefully to what I was doing and we went to look at a unit she thought might work. She knew exactly what she was doing and was professional and courteous the whole time. I was able to get a unit we both agreed should work. I'm glad I treated like a real person.

I had a great experience with this storage facility—until a major issue arose that completely changed my perspective. Unfortunately, my unit (along with the entire floor) became infested with German cockroaches, likely due to another tenant bringing them in. When I initially reported the issue, management was dismissive, offering a half-hearted apology and no real solution. After speaking with a professional pest control company, I was informed that German cockroaches are highly invasive and nearly impossible to eliminate unless the entire facility is treated—something management was unwilling to do. Pest control also advised that moving any of our belongings to our new home would result in an infestation, meaning everything we stored, including sentimental items, clothing, furniture, tools, electronics, and workout equipment, is now unsalvageable and must be trashed. He advised it only takes 1 female reaching maturity to lay up to 40 eggs and those maturing at 14 weeks laying more. This is an absolute nightmare. We are located on the 3rd floor of the indoor facility. We trusted this facility to store our belongings safely, only to be left with thousands of dollars in losses and irreplaceable sentimental items destroyed. Management’s lack of urgency and proper resolution is beyond disappointing. If you’re considering storing your items here, I strongly urge you to think twice—because once an issue like this arises, they will do little to help. I was given a brochure for an insurance company and advised they would value my items for reimbursement based on purchase date and description quality. I am currently moving into my newly built home, something that should have been an exciting core memory on Monday February 10, 2025 with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Wow , first experience renting a storage. It was a great experience from Kristin in customer service who signed me up to Chasten Richter who guided me through the process of finding my storage number. It couldn't have been an easier process, I highly recommend them! Great staff!!!!
