Safeguard Self Storage

I DO NOT recommend! I stored all of my personal belongings here and mice moved in. All of my belongings were covered in urine and feces. The workers were unwilling to help. It’s been 2 months and the insurance company isn’t responding.

Shonda was fantastic! She was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, making the whole process of getting my storage unit quick and stress-free. She went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my options. I truly appreciate her professionalism and great customer care — highly recommend!

Yeferson really helped out alot with my moving process. I came in to transfer my things to another unit and he helped me step by step during this process. Above and beyond!
