We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was top-tier. Barney was phenomenal — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made everything simple and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. You can tell this location takes pride in how they operate. We truly love this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free storage solution. If you go, ask for Barney — he’s the best!

The staff at my unit was superb, always available to help when needed (especially helpful during App problem resolution). Always felt comfortable and safe in my comings and goings. When I moved out he found my unit empty and gave me a call even before I had a chance to call them to let them know, he took care of my move out and communicated it all being taken care of back to me in amazing time. All in all, this was an unexpected simple and pleasurable experience! I will always use Extra Space Storage in the future!
