I’ve been renting a unit at Saf Keep Storage in Redwood City for almost two years now, and I can honestly say the staff here are very outstanding. They’re always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained — I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. 🔐 Special thanks to Nick and Alma 🥰 for always being professional, patient, and quick to assist with any questions. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy storage facility! ♥️

SafKeep Storage in Redwood City is the best storage facility I have ever used. It is kept bright and clean, very well maintained, and I feel safe being in my unit alone while going through my stuff. There is a pristine bathroom on the premises that is available to customers, which is an appreciated amenity! There are elevators to the second floor which make things easier and safer for me. The office staff, especially Alma, is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. These features make this storage facility an excellent choice, so much so that I’ve kept it even though there are other places closer to where I live. It’s been an excellent choice for me.
