Extra Space Storage

Reyna was extremely helpful and provides me with several options for both in-office & online rentals.. She also provided information for another Extra Space facility located here in San Ramon. I am very satisfied with her help & will likely sign up online for the Deerwood Rd location.

The staff here always take exceptional care in responding to requests and answering questions. Listening and taking care of concerns. They are excellent at their job. I highly recommend them.

I called for a couple reasons but mainly to make a payment and because I was unhappy regarding a price increase after 6 months. However, the wonderful woman on the phone was so sweet and kind. She made me feel understood and listened to me while I chatted away about all my little feelings. She helped me get the price down, even just enough to feel a little better about it.
