Public Storage

Last Sunday I was having a hard time opening my storage door. It was just opening less than halfway. I stick my head in side to see what was blocking the garage door but didn’t see anything. On Monday got a call from Malika the store Manager. We set a appointment to checkout the door jamming. With her small frame she went inside the storage while I hold the storage door. She said it’s a cart that I put in thats blocking the garage door. So I just push the leg of the cart and it open the storage door. Thank u very much Malika for job well done.

Everyone was Great!! Phone follow up! Bryan at 1925 was extremely helpful and made our experience awesome. We chose the PS down the street as they had the size we needed. Alesander was very helpful!! Sold!

Cristina is very professional and always very very courteous to myself or my husband when we drop in to the office. She has always been helpful, and the customer comes first in her eyes. She is very customer service oriented. We go in at least once a month. I have never seen Cristina more than happy to help me out. Thanks Cristina for being so responsible and so Awesome!
