Amazing customer service. Anna was really patient helping me understand my account and assisting me with my storage unit. She has been consistent with communication and reminders regarding payments and procedures. The building is very clean and well kept. I've had a great experience with this location thus far. Great staff/management team.

Excellent customer service! Anna, the manager, went above and beyond by readjusting my rate and making sure everything was taken care of. Tia at the front desk was also amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful. They truly made my experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to the manager, Anna. I was panicking after misplacing my unit keys, but she immediately helped calm the situation with patience and professionalism. She walked me through setting up app access, which is much better than having to enter a code I used to keep on a card. Luckily, I did find my keys, and even more luckily, Anna is an excellent manager. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have her.
