Extra Space Storage

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, largely because of a worker Stephanie. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very easy to access, which made moving items in and out simple and efficient. However, what truly sets this location apart is Stephanie’s outstanding customer service. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond make a noticeable difference and elevate the entire experience. It’s clear that her support and professionalism are a major reason this Extra Space Storage location runs so well. I highly recommend this facility.

I had a great experience with customer service when I came in. Stephanie is the absolute sweetest and made sure to answer all my questions. I can also tell she works hard to keep the building clean and presentable for their customers. Would definitely recommend this location.
