I rented a storage unit here yesterday, and the whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-organized, and secure which is exactly what I needed in NYC. A huge shoutout to Hesebel, the amazing team member who helped me. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Hesebel walked me through everything, answered all my questions with a smile, and made sure I got the perfect unit size without any pressure. Her positive energy and genuine helpfulness turned what could have been a hassle into a pleasant experience. She’s a real asset to the team! Highly recommend this place, especially if you get Hesebel assisting you. I’ll definitely be back if I need more space.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and even followed up with an email I requested. His customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend!

Excellent storage facility. Easy access clean and everything is well thought out. It's very convenient that it's a drive-thru storage building and you can drive right inside and unload your belongings comfortably. A special plus is the Free Truck Rental, which really simplifies moving. Everything inside is well organized, climate control, security, elevators, keyless access . The stuff is amazing and very helpful ! You feel that your belongings are safe and access is convenient. I also liked that the location has long operating hours including Sunday.
