Tylla and Hugo are the best!!! ALWAYS very helpful and pleasant!! Going above and beyond to assist has always been my experience. I've been dealing with this location for 3 years now and I'm glad I chose it. It is always clean including the bathroom which is noteworthy considering the amount of traffic that they must get. I hope I got the names correct. 5 ✨️× 2!!!

My initial experience upon arriving in Florida was exceptional, particularly with the discovery of your conveniently located Extra Space Storage facility. The proximity, less than three miles from my location, was a significant advantage. Although I initially reserved an incorrect unit size online, the on-site representative promptly and efficiently rectified the error, securing the appropriate unit within 20 minutes. This seamless and efficient service was greatly appreciated. The facility itself is secure, meticulously maintained, and offers climate-controlled units in certain areas, including my own. Furthermore, the availability of on-site restroom facilities is a valuable amenity. Having utilized Extra Space Storage services previously, I intend to continue doing so. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the facility informing me of a partial refund for my prepaid month, an unexpected benefit that is certainly welcome.
