I had a great experience at Safeguard Self Storage thanks to both Jerome and Alice. I first spoke with Alice over the phone, and she was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. When I came in person, Jerome made the experience even better. His personality was great, he was very knowledgeable, and he made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. He walked us through the entire process, including viewing the unit, and had us in and out in about 20 minutes. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. I will definitely be storing here again and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and a quick, seamless experience.

I'm in the process of moving into this storage but so far, I am empressed with the cleanliness and security. Jerome at the front desk was amazing! He made my registration so quick and easy and gave a tour up to my unit, explaining and assuring I knew how to use the secure entry and elevators.
