Extra Space Storage

I contacted Extra Space about summer storage for my college student. I spoke with 4 different people, who were all so friendly and helpful, and all answered by questions thoroughly (which I had a lot b/c the unit I'm renting is 1200 miles from where I live). Very easy to work with and I appreciated their patience as I'm first timer with renting a storage space.

Derrell was friendly and Helped us meet our storage needs. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! We would definitely recommend this storage facility because of employees like Derrell!

John did amazing! Please take good care of him. Customer service was the best I have seen, especially as soon some that does large corporate events, I would steal John in a heart beat. plus he got me a better deal on my unit
