Jesus at Extra Space Storage was fantastic to work with! He was always friendly, professional, and very accommodating whenever I needed assistance. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I recently moved to a new place and no longer need the unit, but I truly appreciated the great customer service. Highly recommend working with him!

Love the ease and cleanliness of any Extra Space properties. I’ve had storage in a newly constructed property and one that’s been around a few years and their upkeep is immaculate. I greatly appreciate the high customer service level of the staff, particularly Andy? & manager Jorge at this location. They corrected an issue quickly and hassle free. Although their frequent corporate rate Increases are significant, you get what you pay for and I’d rather pay more for a clean, secure facility and amenities. Carts and restrooms are well maintained and I love the unit locks - they are very easy to use.

Our experience was amazing at the 12151 W Hillsborough Ave location. Jesus the manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. He ensured all our packages were delivered to our storage unit and that fragile items were handled with care. Excellent communication and friendliness!!
