Sally, the store manager, was so kind, warm, and genuinely sweet. I could feel her energy just from the phone call. I reached out because my rate went up drastically and she was able to fix it right away. I really appreciated her support and how fast she handled everything, especially because the price increase shocked me. If everyone in customer service had her energy, so many businesses would flourish. Thank you, Sally, you truly made my day better just by being your kind self.
