Great location in Tampa! Easy access, clean facility and friendly staff! Not to mention the ease of renting online! I had the pleasure of working with John at the front desk. John is great! I returned my lock that was in the storage unit when I arrived because I was able to use my own lock. John refunded the $19.99 lock charge immediately. A+ facility!!

when I got to the storage unit, I was greeted by Kevin Gray who is absolutely wonderful very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Funny And outgoing, you take comfort in renting from a place like this when you meet the staff and they are this way. Very happy I chose them.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent experience. I signed up online for 24-hour access with the expectation of a contact-free process. However, when I arrived, I noticed that the business hours listed online did not match the current hours posted on-site. When I tried to use my entry code, it said the code was incorrect. I called the listed number, but no one answered. Later, when I called back during business hours and stopped by in person, I was met by a woman who was extremely rude. She shoved a Post-it note at me, said, “I don’t know why your code isn’t working—come back tomorrow,” and gave no name or explanation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially after signing up with the understanding that I’d have 24-hour access and a smooth, contact-free entry. I hope you’ll review your posted hours and ensure that staff interactions and support are handled more professionally going forward.
