Public Storage

I have been renting from this storage for about a year now and I want to thank Tracey for helping me out in my time of need when I need to transition to a new storage unit. She was so kind and helpful and did everything to make the process nice and smooth. You won't regret renting from this location.

Tracy was super awesome, I bought a storage unit via auction, on my way there I almost got into an accident, I had to go to the tire shop and get some rocks out of my tire. I was supposed to get there before 6:00pm but I called her and explained I wouldn’t be able to. She thankfully was able to make accommodations for me and went out of her way to make sure I’ll able to pay for the unit an alternative way that way I could clear it out tonight. Tracy was awesome and has the kind of customer service we need more of.

If I could I'd give Tracy 10 stars!!! She was so helpful and patient as well as informative. She helped to make my experience smooth and easy. She answered all my questions and concerns without being dismissive. And I can be trying. Tracy did it all with a smile.
