I rented a unit and spoke to an actual person to confirm the size and accessibility. The rental was yesterday and I needed it for today. They failed to mention the property is being paved today and isn’t accessible and the space they rented me was a parking space. I contacted their customer service who could offer zero solutions, while telling me that notices were sent out previously to inform tenants the property wouldn’t be accessible today. They didn’t tell me yesterday when I rented though… They offered to refund my money and I agreed. I immediately began receiving emails that my payment was late and charges would be added. To say this was all a bad experience is an understatement.

Red, the manager for the facility off of Lee highway provided Great customer service. She followed through on her word, was kind, professional and delivered a sense of urgency for the situation at hand. Definitely would recommend.
