The only reason I’m giving this four stars instead of five is because since they are outdoor units, they are not sealed enough to be protected from dust so my stuff was very dirty coming out of storage, that aside Customer Service was wonderful. The ease of paying my bill was wonderful. The security of the building was wonderful. I enjoyed my entire stay from start to finish.

Edie is the most kindest person I have come across in the storage business. She was kind, helpful, informative and she followed up with me to see if I was going to rent a unit after I reserved the unit. She made the entire process so easy. Thank you Edie
