I had my move on November 4th, and I want to sincerely thank the amazing team that helped me: Jesus, Laurence, Tomy, and Cameron. They were on time, polite, careful, and very professional throughout the entire process. They handled all the furniture and boxes with great care, making sure everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where I wanted. They made the moving experience so much easier and faster than I expected. I highly recommend this company and especially this great team!

BEWARE!!!!!!! I booked a move with this company on Tuesday before Thanksgiving to move on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Everything was confirmed and they took my deposit. I even received a confirmation text the night before and then received another email the morning of saying they were on the way and I was the next stop. Then at 10 AM when my window was between 8 and 10 AM, they emailed me, did not have the courtesy to call me, and told me they were canceling my move. We worked for two days straight getting the house packed and ready to move on Friday morning and they canceled on me saying they didn’t have enough people. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I have never had a company treat me like this in my life! I would never use them again, and I do not recommend anybody trusting them!

Booked a move and no one showed up past the time they gave me. Had to call them to find out that no one is there to help me move so they’re canceling last minute leaving me stranding with a packed u-haul waiting to be unloaded. i am totally screwed and have no way of moving into my apartment now. they couldn’t even call me to tell me they were cancelling i had to call them to find out. getting a refund is so difficult all the customer service people keep leaving me on hold, hanging up, or not answering. do not trust this place.
