Absolutely the worst storage facility experience i have ever dealt with. My spot was blocked in (unusable ). And refused to give me a refund. Rude people on the Phone. I do not recommend this place and staff.

Would not even give it a 1 Star today but had to in order to leave a review.. I had been a loyal customer of this storage facility for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Without any prior notice, the management increased the rent on my unit by 80% — a staggering and unreasonable jump. I only found out about the price hike after it had already taken effect. Over the years, I had seen minor increases, which is to be expected, but nothing ever close to this. There was no justification provided, no explanation, and certainly no courtesy of a heads-up. After a decade of consistent business, this is how long-term customers are treated? Unfortunately, this forced us to move to a far more affordable facility. It’s incredibly frustrating to be put in that position with no warning or time to plan. I can’t recommend this place anymore — not because of the space itself, but because of the way they do business. If you’re considering renting here, be prepared for sudden and steep price increases with no transparency. Wort of all very low customer service.. Very Bad Business Model

Staff is very caring and respectful. Always willing to help and assist. Everyone from management, to front desk , to maintenance are extremely customer oriented. Place is very clean, will definitely recommend.
