Fort Knox 24/7 Self Storage of Cleveland

NOT “Climate Controlled” & infested with Gophers, despite pest control boxes there’s gopher 💩and rat or gopher PEE on EVERYTHING. I’ve been Renting from the 4635 Fairfield Farm Rd, Cleveland Location for over a year now. Didn’t pay much attention last June when I moved everything in, and it was SWELTERING (thought just from the moving, and having the bay door open to load in summer that it was probably hotter than usual) haven’t been back in the heat since, until this week…. Finding my Wood shelves, furniture, even plastic bags coated with MILDEW shows these units haven’t been “climate controlled” in some time, maybe not even since I moved in? It was even cooler OUTSIDE than in the whole building?! Emailed photos, and texted the owner’s number listed on the sign out front, currently awaiting a response on how they’re going to rectify the situation. Will update once I hear back. Until then DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these “Climate Controlled” units.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received from this storage facility. Due to an unexpected snowstorm, I urgently needed a storage unit late at night to protect my motorcycle. The gentleman who answered the phone (I believe he was the owner) was incredibly helpful and understanding. He didn’t pressure me or rush me into making a decision, which I truly appreciated, especially given the stressful situation. He took the time to listen to my needs and even offered helpful suggestions to ensure my motorcycle would be safe and secure. His calm and professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to secure a unit quickly and without any hassle. If you’re looking for a storage facility that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. I’m extremely thankful for the kindness and support I received, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone in need of storage. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Have dealt with them twice. Once with the father of the business a while back & once again with the son of the business. Never had any issues with either one, they are fantastic people & very understanding. I would recommend them 100%
