Jason was great explaining things on the phone. I booked online. There was a “fill-in” person working when I arrived. He was wonderful. He needed a little help with where exactly my unit was and with the computer. He called Jason who answered the first question. He called an employee at another location who stepped him through the process. This is truly “ole time service”!! They will get it done no matter what it takes. Thank you

I had a very positive experience dropping off a rental truck at this location. The manager, Jason, was quick to assist us with the return and was very pleasant and welcoming! He offered my father and I cold waters which was a nice gesture. I immediately noticed how clean the office and waiting area was, which gives me great confidence in the overall maintenance of the facility. The storage rates are reasonable too, and they offer a variety of unit sizes.
