Better than I could have expected! I came in office needing a storage unit that same day, Bill listened to my needs and made an offer to take me to another storage unit facility he owned, not as updated but more affordable and exactly what I needed. He easily could kept the business at his newer location and I would have paid the higher price, but he went out of his way as a business owner to ensure my needs and budget were taken into account. A great business practice to have, would absolutely recommend! The facility itself is in a great central location, but still tucked back. Easily accessible, quiet, and clean. Would absolutely recommend for your storage needs, short or long term.

Andrew was friendly and attentive. He was pleasant to work with and helped me get situated right away. I felt valued and got just the storage I needed.
