The staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful. Customer service, whether in office or on the phone, is excellent. The facility and office is always clean, as well as the storage units I would recommend Freedom Storage to my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience with this facility. I had a storage unit there for over a year and had no complaints at all. My unit was very clean as well as the entire property. Freedom Storage was always well lit and I felt like my personal belongings were always secure. The staff was professional, but also very friendly. They have great pricing and are always helpful if you ever need assistance. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for storage units in the area!
