Penny was very friendly, greeted us immediately & took us to view the unit before we started paperwork. She got a very good eye with finding loose nails on the road & picking it up so no one gets a flat tire. Such an excellent customer service experience.

The employees are very kind and are super helpful. I wouldn't think of going to another storage company, even if it was cheaper. The customer service there is surreally good. We see Brandy regularly and she's delightfully sweet.
