Owner was extremely nice and very willing to work with us. He even allowed our dog to hang out while we unpacked our 25ft truck! We are a military family so it is always reassuring to have a friendly and easy to work with owner when it comes to moving to a new location. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The units are my complaint not the property manager just to get that out of the way because Dominic was very helpful when he was there and Rochelle the new property management is great as well. My problem is my unit was broken into along with several other units. I’ve been waiting to hear about my insurance claim and there is NO way to get any information other than contacting them by email. It’s been almost a month like less than a week from it being a month and I have no clue when my claim will be paid for my stolen property. You would think it would be easier to find out about a claim that was filed but sadly not with this company. I would advise anyone needing a storage unit to look elsewhere because the theft is awful at this location and not knowing how or when you will be able to replace your hard earned belongings is just ridiculous. I was using them because I was in the process of moving and needed to store things while I got my new place set up and gradually move everything into my new home. Now I’m left without some items that I needed and having to wait to replace them and God only knows how long that will take since there is no easy way to get ANY updates on a claim other than emailing and waiting 24 hours for a response if they even respond so PLEASE save yourself the hassle and money and just find a more secure storage unit because this place is not it. You will thank me later I promise you. The property manager has no way of getting any updates and there is no number to reach anyone for the claim which EXTREMELY frustrating because my insurance was paid every month and you would think the company would be a bit better with having ways to provide updates especially since people work hard for their belongings and it shouldn’t be hard to get a claim paid to replace the stolen property but with this company you will not find it to be an easy or straightforward process. I definitely WILL NOT ever use them again.

Mr. Luis is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He walked me through the entire reservation and explained all the details to me. I am so happy that I found this establishment to store my items
