I was supposed to move in however there was an error on my end. Melissa was sooo sweet and kind and she made she I was taking care of. Thank you so much for taking care of me even though you didn’t have to. I would definitely recommend this storage just based off of customer service alone.

Great communication & services! I chose this place cause it's 5 minutes from where I'm moving to. They have security cameras and climate controlled units, definitely recommend!

Far the worst Self Storage experience I've ever had. The manager/owner, I guess, is a total jerk. This place is known for ripping people off. My wife and I had problem after problem with this place. We experienced everything from a mice/rat infestation, the manager harassing my wife and I for frequenting our storage more often than he liked (even though it is a 24/7 facility, being locked out of our unit for over 30 of the 60 day rental even though we were payed up at least one month in advance. And now, after being locked out for the past 3 weeks and rent is due again today, he refuses to unlock the unit in an attempt to keep our property. There is absolutely zero lighting in or around the units. This place is HELL and he is satan. Buyer Beware..... Good Luck.
