We rented units here for a couple months while moving. The rental process was super easy, as was the closing process. They were very accommodating when I realized I would need a second unit. If you're thinking about renting here, do note that the units aren't air tight or climate controlled. There's a lot of blowing sand in the area from nearby fields that will find its way into your unit if you're on an outer edge. If you're planning on being at your unit very long in the summer, I definitely recommend a pop up tent and battery operated fan.

Horrible place. My unit got broken into. Nothing was stolen but it’s as if someone went in there, took everything out, dumped my boxes and threw it back in there. My unit looked NOTHING like this when I left it last. All I asked for (nicely) was a refund on this months rent. (February) today is the 7th. I called two times and left a voicemail before I finally sent a text saying I called the police and THEN I get a response. I was lucky enough to have the managers 2nd phone number bc the one online says disconnected. Looked through all my emails and zero information as to how to contact them. Not to mention all I got was “bad people do bad things” and “I may have been targeted” like it was MY FAULT this happened!?! I JUST moved here!! I don’t know anyone yet! Not a secure storage or friendly what so ever.

It’s been a couple months that I’ve been renting my space at their location and honestly never had any issues! Until they changed the times available was when I had an issue which they resolved in a blink of eye !!! Very great service! 10/10 ❤️ definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of keeping there household items and even treasures! Guaranteed to be safe ! Thanks GBD storage for making it happen always and for working with me. 🙌
