Everyone was professional by email and by phone and the container was more than sufficient for our needs. It was carefully placed in our sloped driveway and we loaded it at our leisure. They offer dolly, supplies, blankets AND their matress bags are cheaper than retail stores! Before you settle for more widely known names and companies be sure to check this company first.
