Tanika Beals was absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation my fiancé and I had. We came in needing guidance on the right storage unit size as we prepare to combine our households, and she was so patient and intentional in helping us decide what would work best. She also knew we are planning a wedding in five months and wanted to help us save money where we could. She listened closely, understood our needs, and made a thoughtful recommendation that was perfect for us. What stood out most was her kindness and her exceptional customer service. She has a great sense of humor, kept the process light, and made everything very easy. The entire experience is electronic, but she walks you through each step in a way that feels simple and stress free. While we were completing our paperwork, another customer walked in and she greeted him right away with the same warmth and professionalism she showed us. He was clearly happy to see her. She assured him she would take care of his request without delay, all while continuing to help us without missing a beat. Tanika is absolutely amazing! Her attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism make this storage company an easy choice. If you are looking for a place that values people and delivers outstanding service, this is it. We are so grateful we had the chance to work with her.

I rented a space online at 1:36 pm because it was advertised that I could move in the space the same day as long as I got the space before 5pm. I left work early and borrowed a truck to move my things in at 4:08. When I arrived with my loaded truck at 4:08pm the office was closed. I needed to talk to someone because I hadn’t received my entry code. My mother has a unit at the Mableton location as well so I was able to go inside, and there were no staff in or around the entire building. Furthermore, the yellow company lock was still on my unit, so I was still unable to use the storage space I paid for. Myself and 2 other cars waited outside the building for 45mins before I had to leave and unload the truck at someone else’s house to get the truck back. I called the number and got a voicemail, which I left my information for a call back. I called a gain and spoke to a young lady that had zero answers not even a number to upper management or corporate. As a last resort, I got her to agree to leave my information for a manager to call me back. Finally, next day, my mother called and 3-way’d conferenced me in on a call with a guy that pretty much blamed everything on someone else, and never offered me anything for my great inconvenience. And let me add, the manager never gave me a call back. The only reason I gave two stars ⭐️ ⭐️ is because the actual facility is very nice.

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service! Tanika greeted us with a smile, the store was immaculate and she even baked us fresh cookies while we were moving! Highly recommend!!!
