The property manager is very helpful especially when anything unexpected comes up and makes sure everything stays secure. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU RENT A UNIT. I rented a 5 by 5 foot unit. It's a small unit but I only had about 10 boxes to store. I did everything online. The unit ended up costing me $37 a month & that included insurance. The website said to lock in the $37 price I needed to complete it online and that what I did. The first 4 months was fine but when I received the invoice for the 5th month it said I owed $74, that's double the price I was paying. I called customer service & they said the price went up due to the market value, I shit you not that's what he said. After 20 min of going around in a circle with customer service I finally had enough & told the rep this would be my last month there. He then said he could go down to $56 which I paid but I am going to get a unit at uhall. I had a roommate get a unit at the same time I did so I reached to let him know to watch for a price increase & he said they also doubled his payment. This is6 just bad business and what happened to the locked in price I got for doing everything online.

I initially had a negative experience with the move in process but once I spoke with a representative, Katie, she was able to help me get things sorted out! Not only did she help book me, but Katie went above and was able to offer me a promotion. Katie was very intentional on the phone and I appreciated the effort to help make the experience better.
