Go Store It Self Storage

I’m impressed. The process was super quick and easy. This is my first time renting a storage and I was nervous about the space and price. Safe to say I’m am more than content with the space and the price. Definitely recommend this storage facility.

Here's what I love...the area where it's located. It appears safe. The promotions are incredible. I only wish that they lasted longer and that there was a gradual increase over time. The storage facility is usually clean. I attempted a bunch of times to get in touch with the Manager of the facility to get another Storage unit. It was difficult to connect with her. Once I did, Elizabeth was accomodating. A couple of times there have been no carts to use. Price increases happen too frequently. I think loyal customers and customers with multiple storage units should be offered a discount versus rate increases. The increases certainly should not be above the market rate.

When we first started with Go Store It, it wasn't too bad. Clean facility overall (minus the bathrooms which can get horrendous) . We weren't told about an introductory rate and had the same rate for quite a bit of time. Then all of a sudden, it doubled. We were told it was because of the size of unit that we have which was incorrect in their system. So we were able to bring it down to where it should've been for our size. Fast-forward 3 months, it doubles again. If you can help it, stay away from here because they consistently gouge their customers over time and rely on the hassle it takes to move things to keep you stuck. The overseas call center typically is dismissive but US based understand the units a bit more and are more helpful.
