Public Storage

Came in on 11/8/25 to rent a unit. This is my second time renting in the last 2 years. Both occasions were an excellent experience with Marisol. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. She took the time to ask questions and really listened to our needs. She made us feel like we were in good hands and not just a business transaction. She let us know she available for us as needed and let us know to call her anytime and will be of assistance. Marisol is an asset to the company and I am glad to know when I come to Public Storage they have someone like Marisol who takes pride in her service to the community.

Marisol is the most sweetest person I have ever met. She is so kind and wonderful. This facility is so blessed to have her here . She’s always very helpful and always smiling :)

Marisol- this location is blessed to have her here as a manager. She helped me with the initial rental of the smaller unit and explained everything clearly. Later she helped with a transfer to a larger unit after a few months. Her professionalism and efforts made the whole transition smooth and without stress. Thank you Marisol!
