Go Store It Self Storage

I reserved online and moved in same day without needing to do anything, the process was seamless. Price is incredible for the area. There are always carts available and the building is well maintained (I’ve even seen landscapers there). Management is extremely responsive and helpful, they even helped me load my car once! They swiftly took care of a safety issue (wasn’t their fault, some people are just good at sneaking under the radar). We have 3 units here now and recommend to everyone we know.

From my very first inquiry about a unit to the completion of the rental process, her communication was clear, consistent, and professional every step of the way. Predatory! The first two to three months, enjoy that discounted price advertised on the internet. They’ll claim they mailed you a letter about the rate increase, but really they don’t (the customer service agent on the phone admitted that). I spoke to other families moving out this weekend and both also said their rate magically tripled 60-90 days later with no letter. They’ll lure you in knowing most people can’t come back to move their stuff. The funny part is when you call them out on it, they will haggle with you on the price. Never knew of a storage facility that haggles. The kicker is no one works in the office. I was transferred a few times over the phone and one agent admitted no one has ever worked out of the facility’s office. Be warned this particular facility is also covered in white dust. Check the bottom of your shoes and your stuff. White dust caked on every floor. It seems that no one cleaned up after this was built or its dust from the exposed spray-on insulation from the ceiling. Either way it cakes on to everything you have. I took a picture of my unit specifically, white dust everywhere.
