Good day first I would like to start off by saying anytime I call someone that’s always answers if they don’t answer right away they definitely call me right back. Also, I would like to add that they’re very pleasant very pleasant and very helpful if I ever had to use storage. I am using it now but if anybody I know ever have to have a storage place. I’m definitely gonna refer to this one. Also welcome me through any steps. They’re very good at walk you through the steps step-by-step. They don’t rush to explain everything in detail and I appreciate that. . The customer service is really great. The storage is clean. Nice amount of space.

Horrible company. Stole $43 dollars from me and refuse to return it. Claims they can only do a credit but they never apply the credit to my unit. Bait and switch company. Rent went from 14 to 51 a month. Run. Run far away.

Woke up to my bank account being charged $140 when I cancelled and moved out on time and left my storage unit, as clean as when they rented it out to me. My wife spoke with them last week because they were concerned we were going to clean it out on time and we would be charged a fee because everything has to be out. We assured them that we would in fact be out before the month. We were we cleaned out our storage and overnight we were still charged the monthly fee. Not cool at all. We’re not all rich or have money like that. I’m sure it’s going to take forever to try and get my money back from them. Now I need to call the bank and deal with a charge dispute. It just ruins your day on a long weekend. Obviously this company doesn’t care about Integrity. Maybe reach out to the BBB or the county/city to report this. The lady we spoke to was over the phone offsite. She said everything was handled and closed out not to worry. Anyways the units were clean credit where credit is due. Customer service was always fine. It’s just this inconvenience. Almost feels as retaliation for moving out of the facility.
