Go Store It Self Storage

My experience was a 10 out of 10! I originally booked my rental online, the day of, I decided to stop by before moving my belongings from a storage facility in Pooler to Savannah, which involved a 6ft slate top pool table. Sharonda at the front desk was so kind and accommodating to show me my unit... and we quickly identified that it wasn't going to work for me. She showed me a unit closer to the front of the building and larger! She switched it immediately and gave me the best rate available. She was extremely responsive and had such an upbeat personality making the whole experience a relief! I'm so glad I chose Go Store it!

Sam was absolutely incredible. She was kind, courteous & has cheerfulness in her that is practically unrecognizable on a customer service phone call. I actually felt better after finishing the phone call. Additionally, the on site staff has always been helpful & understanding since I've been there. The price I pay for my 10x10 is a drop dead bargain compared to the storage I was previously at down the street from Carrie Hilliards.

Everything went smoothly with renting my space. No complaints so far. Krystal was very helpful in getting me set up.
