Abby made the rental process very easy. She was polite and answered all my questions. Well done, she is a great representative for your company. Update - My RV was broken into with thousands of dollars worth of damage. I understand that things do happen but if the facility would have notified me that the gate was broken, I would have moved my RV until the gate was fixed. This is not state of the art security as was advertised.
