Golden State Storage - Carriage Square

Regarding U-Haul rentals: Richard, left to his hour long lunch at 12:15, when I had scheduled my pickup at 12:30. After waiting 45 minutes, until 1:15, for him to return from lunch, I was met with his negative and poor attitude immediately. He also denied the availability of the van I ordered, stating that it was just returned and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Very dissatisfied with this location and never going to even attempt to use them again.

I had my storage unit for over 20 years. The staff at the storage unit has been helpful over the years. Thanks for a solid relationship
