Golden State Storage - Santa Fe Springs

I forgot the lady's name who helped me, but she was amazing. She had all the answers and took care of everything quick. She is very knowledgeable, but the place is amazing. Best storage I've ever seen and the air conditioning feels great. Prices are unbeatable as well.

The Jackie, James and Albert are great! Customer service was excellent. Give them a raise, well who am I to say but I’m my opinion they deserve the best pay rate possible. Thank you Jackie, James and Albert (I think is Albert, the new guy). New facilities with good lighting, and air conditioning! It’s great! I love the app, using my phone to use the facilities is awesome. I give two thumbs up and two toes up! Thank you for everything. PS. Price is great , I am in the third floor but who cares when you have a strong and spacious elevator.

If you happen to be here after 7 pm the Smart entry won’t let you exit. I can understand not allowing anyone to enter but not allowing anyone to exit is absolutely ridiculous. There are no Noke smart entry representatives that answer the phone and NO customer support from Golden State. YOU WILL BE STUCK. Make sure you are out of here 7pm SHARP. I have NEVER rented a unit and couldn’t exit the facility.
