I just wanted to say I have rented from many units over the years and nobody is better than got storage. The staff are the absolute nicest most polite people you'll ever meet. I had an issue today and Lonnie and the nice young lady who also worked there helped me get it resolved very fast and very efficiently. Their prices are unbelievable. I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone.

Got Storage is the best I've ever rented from. Friendly Atmosphere, clean premises, easy access,tight security , knowledgeable and professional staff just to name a few. As matter fact I have referred Got Storage to several of my family members and friends. Thank you thank you I'm glad to have come across and proud to be part of Got Storage. Highly recommend this place.

UPDATE When I finally gained access to my unit on March 3, it was filled with A bunch of stuff the previous person left behind and I had to go back to the office and be reassigned another unit. I was told a gate code was not received originally because the online reservation was never complete. Which was because they never sent me the e-signature that was required online at that time. That was not sent until days later after I re-experienced several other issues having access to the gate code. March 9th, 9 days after I rented the unit and paid in full online, I was denied access again at the gate. This was on a Sunday and the office was closed and when I called in the automated system told me that I had a balance due on my account for $35.60. Which never should have existed since I paid in full when the original contract was created. So I paid this amount in order to gain access to my unit because I needed it and I couldn’t wait until the next day when they were open, I’m still now waiting for that refund to be received as it was issued supposedly 2 days ago….I was called back by the manager, and he was very apologetic and promised this issue would never happen again. Yesterday ( March 13th)I tried to access my unit again and the gate code was expired. I kept having to call the office to get both in and out of the facility, and I was told there was a $4 charge on my account that they were trying to figure out with the manager what was causing the issue. I now returned this morning at 8 o’clock, and the issue is still not resolved. I still cannot access my unit and they’re not open. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any storage unit I’ve ever rented from. If we can’t access our units and you have no one available to contact after hours, you should be ashamed of yourself. I went online and reserved a storage unit, paid for everything online and was emailed a code to remove the lock on my unit. A code for the gate was not received so when I went to the storage facility after regular hours last night I couldn’t get in. I attempted to message them this morning and they are closed on Sundays. They definitely need to make sure they include this information to their online customers so they’re not wasting our time. And a credit for the days we are not able to access our unit due to their lack of information is also expected….
