US Storage Centers

Four months ago, we established a relationship with this storage unit. We rented a smaller unit which started at their promotional rate of approximately $41/month for two months. After the two months, it reverted to the standard rate of $50/month. This is fine and we were very happy other than the unit's floor had some sticky substance on it prior to us renting it and we couldn't walk on it without loosing a shoe. However, we get to the fourth month and the invoice shows an increase of 180% to $140/month. I love capitalism but something is wrong with that, especially when you receive no notice of any increase. I understand rates will increase, but after 4 months? 180%? Beware of the bait and switch as I look at the rates for new clients on their site. Do you want from the standard rate of 180% after 4 months. Don't do it. I would rather build a garage. I have been in the customer service business for decades and I don't get bugged about much, but I feel the community needs to hear about this. Mitchell says zero stars.

The storage facility was really clean and conveniently located. It has easy access in and out. It’s nice that you can use an app to unlock the gate. The hours are accessible, and Jay was phenomenal. He offered great customer service and he was super friendly 😊

This place has clean, spacious, and safe storage units. When I moved out Jay helped me and he was great!! He made sure everything was good to go. He's super friendly and helpful! I would definitely store my stuff here again!
