Grey Hawk Storage

Used a different facility in DSM in the past. No comparison! This place is clean and the security and modern function make it amazing. Hard to get excited about “storage” but this place is great!

From the moment I walked into Grey Hawk Storage in West Des Moines, the staff member that assisted me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It was my first time using a storage unit, and he guided me through the whole process and made it very easy. We toured the facility and he showed me exactly what I needed to do. The facility itself is extremely clean and secure. Loved that I could access it any time of day using the provided key fob. They have flatbed carts available right inside the door that made transporting my items a breeze. After completing my rental period, check-out was simple and I was mailed my deposit check back immediately. Would recommend Grey Hawk Storage 100%. Thanks for a great experience!!

I have rented different sized units over the past 2.5 years. The facilities are always immaculate! The climate was always perfect for my things, I just can’t stress enough what a wonderful experience it was, and well worth the money to know that my things were being taken care of by experts.
