Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Do not do business with these deadbeats they don't pay their bills after recieving service. They claim the work wasn't approved but this is false. 1. We have serviced this facility every year going back to 2016 2. We call every facility and tell them we are coming before we roll out, they told the tech to come when called. 3. We can't start work with out the on site management giving approval and letting the technician through the gate, They did. 4. On site managment signed the invoice obligating the company for the invoice. The signed invoice is sitting in our office. 5. The facility was called trying to collect on the invoice for over 10 months, on site managment repeatedly told our staff that "The owner has been told, we plan to pay" on every call. So for ten months this facility used our inspection tags and enjoyed state compliance without paying the invoice despite several calls and letters. 6. This facility now claim they "never gave permisssion" even though our tech was told to come after calling, they admitted the tech to the property, and signed the invoice. It was only after being told they could not keep inspection tags they never paid for that they invented this line of address. Do not do service for thesse people unless they pay you day of work. They will not pay a billed invoice and will fabricate excuses to not pay.
