April was amazing! She showed up on time, worked super hard, and made the whole U-Haul loading process way easier. April was careful with everything, super friendly, and knew exactly how to organize the truck so everything fit perfectly. Definitely recommend her if you need help moving — she made a stressful day go really smoothly!

Returned a U-Haul here after hours. The trailer section appeared full, so I parked the trailer in the next lot where trucks were parked. My final receipt included a $25 “cleaning fee.” When I called about this erroneous fee, I was told it was to cover moving the trailer. Moving a trailer one hundred yards should be cost of doing business as a U-Haul dealer. This petty charge should have been immediately reversed when I called to report the receipt discrepancy. Instead, I was met with poor customer service. (“Call corporate”) Be warned: if you utilize this location, you may be charged petty “fees” even when returning a clean trailer to their lot.
