My son recently returned a truck to your location. He was told by your staff that he went about 300 miles over. And charged him . Surely you would rather help my son get this misunderstanding resolved a no one deserves to get this kind of suprise. Furthermore that truck was drove with out A/C and had a bald front right tire that was causing the vehicle to stay under 35 mph during any rain amount. Unfortunatly we drive through a flash flood that the defrost could not keep the windsheild clear.I know you had to notice upon receiving that truck that should be downed. Uhaul help my Son fix this. Rented him a busted old truck and tried to charge him extra¡!
