Bought a unit. Locked it just so the lock didn’t get taken. Lost the key that night. Texted that I had lost it. No reply. Finally called after a couple months of paying for something I wasn’t using as I really needed it. Refused to even set a date to resolve the issue because I was a day late on my payment. Even after payment was made no arrangements were made so that I could begin using the unit so I asked that they stop charging me since I had been paying for it for roughly 3 months with no way of using and it didn’t look like they cared if I did. Now a few weeks later they are trying to pull money from my account again for a unit they know nothing is in and I can’t get into.

A payment was taken from my account 5 days before it was due which I did not authorize and when I tried calling them I was sent to voicemail

They responded quickly to my calls. Their outdoor storage space is reasonably priced. They had no extra sign up fees or other charges tagged on.
