I don’t usually post negative reviews but my experience was mind boggling and doesn’t make any sense. Furthermore, when I shared how upset I was, I was told “sorry about the miscommunication.” Here is what happened: I stored my camper for 10 years, paying monthly without issue. I received a text saying that they were resurfacing their property and everyone was required to remove their vehicles for 3 days in the upcoming month. We pulled out my camper before the dates and for an extended time afterwards to do some work on it. We went to return it and they told us we no longer had a spot and when we said we had been there for 10 years without issue, they claimed I was not in the system. They had a lady there covering for the main person —and she was caught in the middle. However, when I reached out to Karen to express my dismay and anger over this situation she said “sorry for the miscommunication” and did not offer one iota of an explanation. Highly suggest not doing business with such a disrespectful, disorganized, and untrustworthy business.

⚠️ People, RUN from this place! ⚠️ This storage facility is a disaster. Mice are completely out of control — they’ve ruined everything I had stored: 🧥 Clothes – chewed and shredded 🛋️ Furniture – stained and disgusting 📚 Books – destroyed beyond saving If my belongings weren’t chewed, they were peed or pooped on. Absolutely disgusting and heartbreaking. Do NOT trust this place with your stuff. You’ll regret it.

They closed the property without prior notice while I had hired people for moving they did not let me in! It was posted they will be closed for July 21 and 22, we went there on 23rd and they said some excuse about their contractor delivering late and did not let us in- not even with an apologetic tone but like it is what it is! Absurd!
